The Arabian Scientific Consultancy Center’s (ASCC) mission is the protection of Kuwaiti and GCC citizens, expatriates and visitors, their environment, and the public and privately owned industrial, medical, educational, finance, banking and security installations and facilities.
ASCC has grown from Dr. Bader Al Khulifah’s vision and commitment to providing internationally recognised standards of service excellence in the field of law enforcement, forensic science, research and operational capability.
Dr. Bader’s academic research in Glasgow University, UK, for which he was awarded a Ph.D., has led to an extremely successful career in the academic and operational law, forensic, security and investigative arena. His experience in these disciplines began in 1976 which includes: technical and criminal investigations, DNA harvesting, analysis, reporting and the
delivery of expert evidence in explosives, fires, toxics, drugs and the recovery and identification of disaster and mass grave victims.
From our inception, ASCC has developed its consultancy practice, operational capability, training and capability development service network. This was achieved by gathering specialist subject matter experts from North America, the United Kingdom and from GCC and Arab countries, each of whom have a proven track record in their disciplines.
